2) EF1 is a 1 phase 350 Watt 115V machine. The plan provides circuits P1-2,4 and a 30 amp 3P. disconnect. In addition add a load in the panel. See EF-2 circuit P1-2 for similar concerns.

4) Provide IECC light budget calculations. See calculations below. Calculations indicate the design does not meet minimum requirements.
5) Provide the control voltage for the CU and FC units. If it is line voltage (120 or greater) provide a control disconnect adjacent to the CU and FC starters. 99NEC 430-74.
