E.0 1) Provide a fixture cut for "E". This fixture must have a flat flush lens pointed straight down. E.1 & E.7 1) Please provide the footing and pole design for the parking lot fixtures as part of this project. This will eliminate possible confusion and error in the field. E.4 1) Provide a circuit number for the fixtures located in rooms132,134,135,136,137,138,139, and 140. 2) Provide dual switching in accordance with 1998 IECC. E.5 1) Provide a load and circuit in Panel "L1" for circuit 19,21,23 (FC-1 and FC-2). The Total load is 4 amps at 460V 3 phase. 2) EF1 is a 1 phase 350 Watt 115V machine. The plan provides circuits P1-2,4 and a 30 amp 3P. disconnect. In addition add a load in the panel. See EF-2 circuit P1-2 for similar concerns. E.6 1) The feeder to "L1" is too small. The circuit breaker is 225 amp therefore provide a minimum 4/0 copper conductor. 99NEC 240-3, 310-16 2) The design for FC-1 and 2 does not match page E.5. See page E.5 and M-2 for appropriate design parameters. 3) Provide a fault current analysis for panel "L1" 4) Provide IECC light budget calculations. See calculations below. Calculations indicate the design does not meet minimum requirements. 5) Provide the control voltage for the CU and FC units. If it is line voltage (120 or greater) provide a control disconnect adjacent to the CU and FC starters. 99NEC 430-74.
