Please provide a copy of the last approved site plan for the property west of this site. The site plan is needed to verify that the portion of land being used for this addition was not required to meet L.U.C. requirements for the site west of the subject property.

2. The legal description for the reconfigured lot must be recorded and proof of recordation must be submitted to the Zoning Review Section prior to site plan approval.
