COMMENTS

1. Since no new buildings are proposed, this site plan is being reviewed as a less than 25 % expansion. Please provide a copy of the last approved site plan with the next submittal.

2. Please provide the current zoning for the site and adjacent properties on the plan. The zoning on the entire site is R-2. DS 2-02.2.1.A.28

3. Provide the square footage of the skate park and add vehicular and bicycle parking calcs to site plan. The proposed skate park requires one vehicle parking space per 1,000 square feet of skate park area. An administrative waiver may be applied for if the required on-site parking is not provided. 4. Please provide a fully dimensioned layout of any new bicycle parking proposed. Also, include the specific type of rack and the number of bicycles it supports. DS 2-02.2.1.A.9,
