Please provide the current zoning for the site and adjacent properties on the plan. The zoning on the entire site is R-2. DS 2-02.2.1.A.28 3. Provide the square footage of the skate park and add vehicular and bicycle parking calcs to site plan. The proposed skate park requires one vehicle parking space per 1,000 square feet of skate park area. An administrative waiver may be applied for if the required on-site parking is not provided. If new parking is proposed, the spaces must be shown on the site plan, fully dimensioned. DS2-02.2.1.A.8, DS 2-02.2.2.A.4 4. Please provide a fully dimensioned layout of any new bicycle parking proposed. Also, include the specific type of rack and the number of bicycles it supports. DS 2-02.2.1.A.9, DS 2-09.6.0 5. Please detail any proposed freestanding lighting layout on the site plan. Keynote 6 indicates skate park lighting but it is not found on the drawing. DS 2-02.2.1.25 6. The location, type, size and height of all proposed freestanding signage must be shown. DS 2-02.2.1.A.13 7. Provide a small plan which shows the entire park property and the location of the proposed skate park within the park for reference. DS 2-02.2.1.A.5 8. Add a general note which states that no new buildings are proposed. DS 2-02.2.1.A.6 9. Add a note which states that no loading zones are required. DS 2-02.2.2.A.5 10. If an administrative waiver is obtained, date of approval and waivers granted must be added to site plan. DS2-02.21.2.1.A.38 11. Provide general notes demonstrating compliance with the restrictions detailed in 3.5.13.2 (hours of operation) and 3.5.13.3 (outdoor lighting). LUC 2.3.5.2.E.1 12.
