A street landscape border per LUC Sec 3.7.2.4. is required along the First Street frontage. Revise the landscape plan to provide all of the required elements. Provide calculations per DS 2-07.2.2.A.2.
The border is required along the entire street frontage with the exception of the ingress egress location. The width of the ingress/egress area proposed may not exceed the maximum allowed by the Engineering Section.
