RESUBMITTAL REQUIRED: SITE PLAN (SP), DRAINAGE REPORT (DR) & MITIGATION REPORT (MR)

Please address the following review comments prior to the next submittal.

SITE PLAN:

1. Show the percentage of the cross slopes of the P.A.A.L. A typical cross section would suffice.
2. Please show the proposed roof drainage patterns, 100% of the 10-year flow must be conveyed under the sidewalks. Please provide supporting calculations to demonstrate compliance with D.S 3-01.4.4.F
3. Any work done in the Public right of way will require a permit. Call 791-4942 for permit requirements.
4. Please show future and existing sight visibility triangles D.S.2-02.1.10.
5. Will full size service vehicle need to access P.A.A.L? If so, it appears the radii are non-conforming.
6. Please show property description per D.S. 2-02.2.1.1.
7. Where is the refuse container? Will this parking lot ever be used for the future building expansion? Please be advised that you may need a refuse site in the future per D.S. 2-02.1.31.
8. Complete lot dimensions and bearings per D.S. 2-0.2.1.5.
9. Call out topographic intervals and a C.O.T. bench mark per D.S. 2-02.1.23.
10. Drainage patterns and finished grades D.S. 2-02.1.16.
11. List Street names per D.S. 2-02.1.18.
12. Add note "Depress landscaped areas 6" max for water harvesting".
13. It is not clear why the asphalt apron southwest portion of the site is still needed and what will be done with the open area where the parking used to be. Please address.
14. Show the project no. T02OT00217 on the cover sheet.



DRAINAGE STATEMENT:
1. Please provide the directive by Matt Flick that the new basin will suffice.

GRADING PLAN:
1. Revise location map per D.S. 2-05.2.1.D.
2. Keynote 6 is used for fire service. Why is it being used for the gate and ramp at the northeast portion of the P.A.A.L? Please correct.
3. Where is cross section 4/C2.0 on the plans?
4. Show the basin bottom elevations and volumes on plans.
5. Call out the basis of elevation and provide a City of Tucson BenchMark datum with field book and page.
6. Call out contour intervals, usually next to scale.
7. Call out curb and gutter elevations.
8. Call out all slopes (retention basin), and grade breaks.
9. It is not clear what is going to be demolished and what is not going to be demolished. See note 13 on site plans comments.
10. Drainage patterns with percent slopes (Show patterns within the first 100' from the project area)
11. Call out flow peak discharges entering and exiting the site.
