SCOPE OF REVIEW:

The scope of this review covers Architectural, Structural, Plumbing, Mechanical, Model Energy and Electrical codes. All code references are to the 2000 IRC. All features were checked only to the extent allowed by the submittals provided. All portions of this project are assumed to meet or will meet other departmental requirements, conditions and concerns before permit approval.

FOUNDATION PLAN:

1. Footings must be a min. of 6" below nat. undistrurbed soil---12" rubble trench

4. Load bearing walls shall be anchor to foundation with ½ rods a min of 4' into foundation.
