The scope of this review covers revisions to Mechanical and Plumbing . All features were checked only to the extent allowed by the submittal provided. All portions of the project are assumed to meet or will meet other departmental requirements, conditions and concerns before permit approval.

MECHANICAL:

q Sketches SK-3 and SK-4 of 4 removed the secondary condensate lines from the detailed fan coils. These units because of their location require secondary condensate drain systems [2000 IMC Sec. 307.2.3] unless the auxiliary drain pan has a level detection device that will shut of the equipment [2000 IMC Sec. 307.2.3 Method 3]. Please clarify.
