Grading plan T02CM03011 (First Review) T14S, R13E, Section 36 RESUBMITTAL REQUIRED:Grading Plan and Drainage Report. The Grading Plan (GP) and Drainage Report (DR) cannot be approved as submitted. Please address the following review comments prior to the next submittal. Grading Plan: 1. Please provide existing topographic contours at intervals not exceeding two (2) feet and/or spot elevations as pertinent and Bench Mark based on City of Tucson Datum, including City Field Book and page number per D.S. 2-02.2.1.23. 2. Add note: "Depress all landscaped areas a maximum of 6" for water harvesting" 3. Provide/Add the basin maintenance responsibility per 2.3.1.6 C 1 and 2. 4. List all Cut and Fill quantities in cubic yards. If both are 0 cy, please list. 5. Please show the proposed roof drainage patterns, 100% of the 10-year flow must be conveyed under the sidewalks. Please provide supporting calculations to demonstrate compliance with D.S. 3-01.4.4. If the location(s) of the roof scuppers have not yet been decided, add a general note indicating sidewalk scuppers (per COT/SD) will be used when the roof scuppers locations have been designed. 6. Show details of all surface materials. 7. Show the 100-year flood peak discharge. 8. Slopes of 2H: 1V or greater require grouted riprap. 9. Cut or fill slopes require a 2' minimum setback from property line. 10. Drainage patterns with percent slopes (Show patterns within the first 100 feet from the property line). 11. Flow arrows, grades and flow rates within and adjacent to site to show drainage scheme. 12. Call out peak discharges entering and exiting the site. 13. Complete the bearing in the Basis of Bearing note. Drainage Report: 1. There is no construction allowed in the existing or future right-of-way, i.e. the Ret/Det basin cannot be placed in the R/W. Please revise DR to reflect this criteria. 2. Please show the proposed roof drainage patterns, 100% of the 10-year flow must be conveyed under the sidewalks. Please provide supporting calculations to demonstrate compliance with D.S. 3-01.4.4.
