RESUBMITTAL REQUIRED: Grading Plan and Drainage Report.

The Grading Plan (GP) and Drainage Report (DR) cannot be approved as submitted. Please address the following review comments prior to the next submittal.

Grading Plan:
1. Add note: "Depress all landscaped areas a maximum of 6" for water harvesting"
2. List all Cut and Fill quantities in cubic yards. If both are 0 cy, please list.
3. The vellum has been changed, although grades have been sacrificed, but the blueline has not been changed correctly.
4. Cut or fill slopes require a 2' minimum setback from property line. Show the property in section A-A.
5. Provide adjacent pad grades for review of compliance Section 13 of the 2000 IBC concerning grade differential. Per previous comment.
6. Provide an elevation bench mark. Per previous comment.
7. Show slope protection around building pads. Per previous comment.
8. The engineer of record shall to provide a pad certification against scouring. Per previous comment.
9. Please show the proposed roof drainage patterns, 100% of the 10-year flow must be conveyed under the sidewalks. Please provide supporting calculations to demonstrate compliance with D.S. 3-01.4.4. If the location(s) of the roof scuppers have not yet been decided, a general note indicating sidewalk scuppers (per COT/SD) will be used when the roof scuppers locations have been designed will suffice. Per previous comment.
10. Flood plain use permits also have to be signed and the Elevation Certificate returned to the Records Dept. prior to the issuance of Certificate of Occupancy.


Drainage report:
1. All the comments were not addressed on this submittal. Please address all comments and re-submit along with a response letter.
2. An addendum to the drainage report is not acceptable. Please incorporate the following into the new drainage report.
3. List the proposed FFE's in the Drainage report. Per previous comment.
4. Provide wall openings and calculations for drainage on the East screen wall. Per previous comment.
5. Please list the project address and activity number on the front cover of the drainage report and in all future projects as well. Per previous comment.
6. Please show the proposed roof drainage patterns, 100% of the 10-year flow must be conveyed under the sidewalks. Please provide supporting calculations to demonstrate compliance with D.S. 3-01.4.4.
