5- Call out perimeter walls if any.
6- Label the proposed sidewalk scupper at the northwest corner of Building #3.
7- It appears from cross-section B/5, the drainage scheme shown on the grading plan is different from the one shown in the drainage report. Justify the modification or revise.
8- The plan shows two type 1 scupper locations around building #1 but does not show the scuppers. Revise.
9- Security barriers appear to be needed on Cross Section A/5. Revise.
10- Cross Section B/5 appears to be different from the cross section in the development plan.
11- Provide a minimum 8" thick concrete for all proposed grouted rip rap.
12- Provide full dimensions for the proposed detention/retention basins.
13- Provide percolation test to verify that the proposed retention basins will operate as designed.
