There appears to be a discrepancy between the description of the parcel on the submitted site plan and the description of the parcel on the Pima County Assessor's Maps. Please review the maps attached to the site card application and clarify the discrepancy and revise the site plan as required. DS 2-02.2.1.A.2 2. This project was reviewed in mid January of this year for a proposed building expansion expansion. The site plan was to have been submitted for site review but was inadvertantly approved over the counter by the Zoning Section. Consequently a few items were not caught on the over the counter review. This plan will become the latest and most up to date site plan for this address and should reflect the as built conditions and proposed changes. The site plan should be revised to reflect the correct following items. a. The parcel description must be revised. b. A recorded lot combo covenant and parcel tax code combo is required. The covenant is a requirement by the City of Tucson Attorney's office. If you have any questions regarding the requirement of the Lot Combo Covenant you can contact Frank Cassidy city attorney at 791-4221. A copy of the lot combo covenant can be downloaded from the Development Services Department website. The parcel taxc code combo can be completed through the Pima Couty Assessor's office.
