The subject project has been approved pertaining to Engineering. However be advised of the following:

1- I checked with Jim Stoyanoff from Real Estate concerning parcel 133-10-0140 which appears on the Assessors Map to extend into Speedway right of way (ROW). Mr. Stoyanoff said that he was working with Rick Engineering and Bruce Hunt on a different parcel. However, since this is not really a grading plan issue, it needs to be addressed on the Final Plat. If the portion of the parcel which appears to be in the ROW was not dedicated to the City previously, it should be dedicated now on the Final Plat.

2- Horizantal control plans provide information that is necessary for construction. Consequently, they should be an integral part of the construction plans (i.e. grading plans). This information will be required on future grading plan submittals.
