10/10/2002 LAITH ALSHAMI FLOODPLAIN REVIEW Denied Laith Alshami, Floodplain comments, 10/10/2002

1- It appears that the private drainage easement for the detention basin outlet is larger than the one shown on the tentative plat. Verify that the easement size and configuration shown on the Grading Plan is the dedicated one.
2- Show the 50' study area fro Robb Wash.
3- Provide detention basin and Common Area "A" construction details (dimensions, cross sections, materials, spillways dimensions, etc.).
4- The top elevation of the detention basin is shown to be 72.5'. The Grading Plan shows the elevation to be 72.0'. Justify the discrepancy.
5- Weir details appear to be different from the drainage report.
6- Grouted rip rap details show 6" thickness. The City's experience that 6" thickness is not enough. Provide at least 8" thickness.
7- Cross section details shown on sheet 3/3 do not have enough construction details (dimensions and slopes are missing).
8- It is not clear where cross section C/3 is located on the plan.
9- Submit the required floodplain use permit application with the revised Grading Plan.
