SUMMARY: Engineering has received and reviewed the Clearing and Grubbing Plan and recommends conditional approval for this grading permit.

GRADING PERMIT CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL:
1) IBC Chapter 36, Section 11: A bond in the amount of $73,900 shall be posted for native seeding. If grading construction does not commence within 60 days after grubbing, the disturbed area shall be native seeded within 30 days following the expiration of the 60 day period.
2) IBC Chapter 36, Section 6.2.4: Offsite disposal location for deleterious vegetative materials shall be at a permissible site.
3) IBC Chapter 36, Section 6.2.6: This project shall conform to 404 permitting requirements. All disturbance shall be in approved areas and shall not encroach 404 limits unless exempted through 404 permit.
4) IBC Chapter 36, Section 8: This grading permit is for clear and grub only within the approved limits.
5) IBC Chapter 36, Section 9.1: A separate Grading Permit will be required for earthwork and further grading construction.
