After reviewing the revised Grading Plan against the LOMR-F document (Case #04-09-0374A) Engineering recommends approval for the renewal of the grading permit. The fill for the lots specified under the LOMR-F are an assurable item. A copy of this revised Grading Plan will be held at the DSD Engineering counter, for this project only, in order to expedite the counter reviews of the remaining plot plan submittals.
