The Grading Plan (GP) cannot be approved as submitted. Please address the following review comments prior to the next submittal.

Grading Plan:

1. Add Administrative/Site address on the cover sheet.
2. Add note "All grading shall conform to the latest edition of the 2000 IBC"
3. Provide basin maintenance responsibility note to general grading notes.
4. A private improvement agreement may be necessary for work performed within the Right-of-way. Contact Department of transportation at (520) 791-4249.
5. Provide note "Depress landscaped areas a maximum of 6" for water harvesting".
6. List cut and fill quantities.
7. Show FFE to the West side of the property.
8. Show two cross sections of the basin perpendicular to each other.
9. Provide pedestrian barriers adjacent to detention basin.
10. Call out the length of the scupper in front of the detention basin.
11. Provide a sidewalk scupper for the interceptor channel between lots 34 and 35.
12. The call out letter at the interceptor channel should be "E" not "D".

Explain ESC practices that will be used for sewer construction within Robb Wash. Describe permanent stabilization for the area disturbed within Robb Wash. Confirm 404 compliance.
Describe and show ESC practices for work along Old Spanish Trail.
Specify Sediment control measures other than silt fence for concentrated flow such as the outlet weir from the detention basin.
