A copy of the stamped approved Site Plan must be included with the Grading Plan submittal. Any changes made to the Site Plan must be reflected on the Grading Plan. 2. Retention basins can not be in the public right-of-way. If the areas designated as "retention" on the plan are actually water harvesting areas please change the labeling. The Drainage Report designates these areas as water harvesting areas with a depth of 6 inches. The Typical Water Harvesting Section Detail on Sheet 1 specifies the depth as 1 ft. This must be changed to a maximum of 6". 3. The Grading Plan shows curbing around the water harvesting areas. The Typical Water Harvesting Section does not show curbing. The Development Plan does not show curbing. Please make it clear on the Grading Plan that these areas are not curbed. 4. The water harvesting area west of Building 5 appears to encroach into the parking spaces. 5. The sidewalk on Stone does not appear to be located in the same place as on the Development Plan. The sidewalk should be located 2.5 ft. from the right of way (the 45-ft. ½ right-of-way as dedicated). |
