| 08/16/2002 | MATT FLICK | ENGINEERING | REVIEW | Denied | ENGINEERING: The plans lack the detail typically found on construction plans. It is highly likely that there will be additional comments on the next submittal due to the lack of detail on these plans. 2 comments, related to water harvesting and flow acceptance, have also been placed on the landscape plans. An approved development plan is required. 1. All work shall conform to the IBC (2000), including all local amendments. 2. Any work within City of Tucson or Pima County right-of-way or drainageway must be permitted by the appropriate authority. This review is for private property only. 3. Show location of access ramp into basin near Building #11. 4. Provide additional grading information for the basin near Building #11. 5. Provide additional grading information at property boundaries. Maintain two feet (2') horizontal distance between cut/fill slopes and property boundaries. Indicate elevations which show that grades do not impede offsite drainage onto this property. (There is also a comment on the landscape plan which calls for detailing of permiter walls/wall opening to allow for drainage onto the property.) 6. Provide construction information/grading information for the channel along the property line north of Buildings #15/#16. 7. Indicate roof drainage locations and provide scuppers beneath sidewalks to discharge the 10-year flow (D.S. 2-08.5.1.E) at roof drainage locations and other locations on site where drainage is discharged through the pedestrian facilities. 8. Provide storm drain plans. 9. Provide recording information for the temporary trail easement along the eastern property boundary. |
