SUMMARY: A closure document package was submitted for review by Engineering on January 26, 2009. This submittal was reviewed for post construction conditions, for certification letter review, and for final approval of project. Development Services Department Engineering Division has reviewed the documents and completed a site inspection 29JAN09 and does not recommend approval of the documents until the following has been addressed.

1) Provide final substantial completion certification letters for Phases 1 and 2 with corrected activity and case numbers for references to phases.
2) Provide infiltration testing results for phases 1 and 2.
