The Grading Plan (GP) cannot be approved as submitted. Please address the following review comments prior to the next submittal.

Grading Plan:

1. The detention basin section A-A and the detention basin detail elevations do not match the approved development plan. Please address.
2. Provide basin responsibility note to general grading note.
3. Add project address to cover sheet.
4. A private improvement agreement may be necessary for work performed within the Right-of-way. Contact Department of transportation at (520) 791-4249.
5. Call out contour intervals in title block or below North arrow.
6. Provide note "Depress landscaped areas a maximum of 6" for water harvesting".
7. Please indicate cross slopes percentages on GP. A typical cross-section would suffice. This would satisfy the call outs on surface materials also.
8. List cut and fill quantities.
9. Indicate roof drainage patterns.
10. Show grade break at entrance if applicable.
11. Is the lot to the NW developed? If so, please show existing FFE.
12. Call out all slopes surrounding the detention basin.
13. Provide pedestrian barriers adjacent to detention basin.
