05/03/2002 LAITH ALSHAMI ENGINEERING REVIEW Denied Laith Alshami, Drainage and Engineering comments:

1- Verify that the proposed riprap size for the detention basin inlets (d50 = 8", t = 8") can replace the approved size and thickness.
2- The drainage channel in Common Area B-1 appears to have a different cross section from what was approved in the drainage report and tentative plat. Although it appears that the new cross section has more capacity, rate the new section and submit it for approval.
3- Show a detail for the splash pad, west of lot 271.
4- Verify that security barriers are provided where detention basins side slopes exceed 4:1 and depths are 2' or more. Show and specify what kind of barriers on the Grading Plan.
5- Show the pipes on detail D/9. Additionally, show the width dimenstion of the proposed Gabion.
6- Show a cross section for the collector section of Atterbury Wash, showing the proposed Gabion as approved on the tentative plat.
7- The riprap size, thickness and extent for the channel along the south boundary line, should be shown as approved on the tentative plat.
8- Show a detail which includes Gabion for the Attebury flow split area near lot 243 (as was shown on the approved tentative plat).
9- It appears that lots 196-198 do not comply with the requirements of the differential grading provisions.
