The Grading Plan (GP) cannot be approved as submitted. Please address the following review comments prior to the next submittal.


Grading Plan:


1. An approved Development plan must be submitted for final approval of grading plans.
2. Please delineate the 100-year flood plain limits in the PA.A.L.
3. A rip-rap splash pad maybe necessary at the toe of the slope for the Northeast drainage outlet (below the spillway).
4. Provide documentation the off-site flow is temporary, i.e. Drainage report, Master Plan, Statements etc…
5. A private improvement agreement may be necessary for work performed within the Right-of-way. Contact Department of transportation at (520) 791-4249.
6. Please list Benchmark and Basis of Elevation.
7. Call out depressed curb openings along the extruded curb, width and interval distances.
8. It is recommended but not required, that a 10'x10'x6" thick concrete apron be placed in front of the refuse container due to the weight of the service vehicle.
