1. Indicate cloud-in revisions and provide dates.
2. Indicate Special Grading Notes:
a. Show Gradable area
b. Show Average Cross Slope Analysis (ACS)
c. Show Limits of grading
d. Show all slopes 15% or greater

3. Call out perimeter walls (walls in flood prone areas must have wall openings).
4. Detail of wall openings (size and distance).
5. Cross section across property line showing clear acceptance of off-site flow.
6. Indicate a cross section and clarify size of water harvesting.
7. Indicate the drainage on-site flow and how it impacts the adjacent properties.
8. Adequate spot elevations and/or contour lines.
9. Nuisance ponding off-site due to development may affect the adjacent southwest property. Please show resolution to this problem.
10. Indicate existing and proposed finish floor elevations and pad elevations as per approved Site Plan.
11. Indicate cloud-in revisions revised FFE's and pad elevations.
12. Drainage flow patterns and roadway elevations tend to be inconsistent with direction
13. Indicate 100' buffer from property line.
14. Provide FFE for houses within 100 feet from outside perimeter of site.
15. Indicate existing (dashed) and proposed (solid) contours and/or appropriate number of spot elevations.
16. Call out contour interval.
17. Provide existing contours around site to at least 25' from property line.
18. Show grade breaks.
19. Proposed FFE's should not exceed 2 feet from existing house adjacent to site.
20. Street cross section with transverse and longitudinal slopes.
21. Indicate sidewalk scuppers if applicable.
22. Space between back of curb and sidewalk is 3'.
23. Call out surface paving material.
24. Curb and Gutter elevations include drainage flow with percent slope.
25. Show details of all surface materials.
26. Call out slopes.

27. Indicate stabilization material (concrete, riprap, gabbions or vegetation) if applicable.
a. Slopes of 3H:1V require vegetation
b. Slopes of 2H:1V require hand placed riprap
c. Slopes of 1H:1V or greater requires grouted riprap

28. Cut or fill slopes require a 2' minimum setback from property line.
29. Proposed fill to conform to Section 3313 of the U.B.C. - address grade differential of proposed lot grades from the existing buildings adjacent to the graded site - 2' maximum setbacks from top and toe of cut or fill slopes (U.B.C. Section 3314 & figure A-33-1).
30. Drainage patterns with percent slopes (Show patterns within the first 110 feet from Property Line.
31. Flow arrows, grades and flow rates within and adjacent to site to show drainage scheme.
32. Show the 100-year flood peak discharge (call out flow peak discharges entering and exiting site).
33. As per Greg Carlson's Drainage Statement page 2, Detention and retention are not required for the site since it is in a "non-designated" basin. Water harvesting should be incorporated into the design to the greatest extent possible.
