2. A copy of the stamped approved Site Plan must be included with the Grading Plan submittal prior to Grading Plan approval. The Grading Plan must match the Site Plan. Changes made to the Site Plan must be reflected on the Grading Plan.

3. Please include dimensions of the basin on the plan. (Standards Manual for Drainage Design and Floodplain Management, SMDDFM, 2.3.1.6.A.4)

4. The Grading Plan does not provide finished grades or finished spot elevations at the new location of the building and upper parking lot. Please provide finished grades and slopes. IBC Chapter 36 Section 9.7.2

5. The proposed plan shows no bank protection for 3:1 slopes and dumped riprap on 2:1 slopes. Provide a soils engineering report showing that this bank protection is sufficient. IBC Chapter 36 Sections 9.3, 9.4

6. The topography shown on the east property boundary is inaccurate. The adjacent property owner has graded this area (it is now higher than that shown). The drainage structure in the northeast corner has been completely filled and a culvert installed. Please accurately portray the existing grades and drainage structures on the Grading Plan.
