02/22/2002 DOUG WILLIAMS FLOODPLAIN REVIEW Denied (1) Drainage report redlines should be addressed/noted - NO RETENTION IS BEING PROVIDED ON THIS PROJECT - DETENTION is however.... thus there appears to be no need for reference/calculations throughout the report for retention volume requirements/provisions. - end.
(2) Page 13 discusses construction of a berm ..."at the northwest corner OF THE BASHA'S PROPERTY..." yet the berm is shown as being constructed offsite. Revise or note as necessary.
(3) Correct the Q100 for CP 1 on page 14.
