The developer will provide a curb access ramp for access to the power line right-of-way. The curb ramp will be constructed in accordance with COT/PC Standard Details 209 and 210. Temporary or permanent access to existing residential parcels shall be provided at all times during construction The Developer and General Contractor Superintendent will meet with DSD Engineering Division Representatives for a Grading Pre-Construction Meeting at the Development Services Department office before resuming work on this project. Any non-compliance to this permit or Tucson Codes shall result in violation and or citation. Any changes in the grading design may result in revision of the grading plan. Contact DSD Engineering Division (791-5550) for any proposed changes or revisions. |
