The current building code is the International Building Code 2000 (IBC). Chapter 36 includes the grading criteria. 3. Show sufficient roadway grades and spot elevations (or contours) in order to evaluate roadway grading/construction. The roadway could not be reviewed with this submittal. Additional comments may be forthcoming with the next review. 4. Indicate grading limits. 5. Indicate roadway sideslopes. FLOODPLAIN: Due to the insufficient grading information sgown on these plans, the floodplain aspects could not be adequately reviewed. |
