All improvements and site information, such as adjacent rights-of-way and property lines, shown on the landscape plan will be identical in size and location to those shown on the base plan. Please clearly depict the property line on the revegetation plan. DS 2-07.2.1. 3. Nonrequired landscaping may be placed in the public right-of-way, if the following requirements are met from the LUC 3.7.2.9. Landscaping must be approved by the City Engineer or designee and comply with the City Engineer's requirements on construction, irrigation, location, and plant type. Please contact the Department of Transportation, Engineering Division at 791-5100 for work within the ROW. Revise the revegetation plan to only depict the disturbed portions within the private property. 4. Currently the revegetation plan depicts hydroseeding will take place only in the 30' scenic buffer. Please indicate on the revegetation plan that disturbed portions of the ROW pertaining to the original landscape plan will be hydroseeded. LUC 3.7.5.2.D. 5. The revegetation plan should contain the following identification in the lower right corner, legal description, address of site, cross-reference to any relevant case number for reviews that affect the site, such as a Scenic Corridor Zone case.
