Provide a complete set of documents prepared and sealed by an AZ. registered Architect. 1) Circuits B 1, 3, 13, and 17 are in the panel schedule however there is not a corresponding load on the plan. 2) Circuit B 18,20 has no load in the panel. 3) The plan indicates the 400 amp service is "existing" in the load calculation. Clarify. 4) There is not a conduit wire or disconnect call out for item 11. 5) The plasma cutter circuit B 2,4 must have the circuit reduce to 50 amp or increase the receptacle rating to 60 amps. 99NEC 210-21(b)1 6) There is not a corresponding keynote 7 for the keynote on the plan. 7) The exhaust is connected to a 2 pole circuit however it is described in the Conduit and Wire Schedule as a 1 pole. 8) The total calculated load is 387 amps however the service entrance conductors are only rated for 380 amps. 9) The top of page E-2 has been cut off. Provide a clean copy of the plan. 10) Please return the copy of the plans I have already reviewed. They are easily recognizable as they have red marks on them. |
