| 12/20/2001 | RANDY SCHULER | ELECTRICAL-COMMERCIAL | REVIEW | Denied | WALK-THROUGH 1) Provide a complete detailed one line service diagram. Include all sub-panels. 2) Provide the main disconnect location and the sub-panel location on or within the building. 3) Provide a detailed panel schedule depicting all (both new and existing) loads individually, the panel amperage and withstand rating, the panel overcurrent device sizes and types, and appropriate high phase identification per 99NEC 384-3(e). 4) The service on the building is described as 125 amp however everywhere else it is described as 100 amp. 5) Provide a circuit number on the plan for every device or utilization equipment. Include the conductor and conduit sizes. 6) Provide a complete description ((i.e.) amperage, phase, and purpose) for all the 240-volt receptacles. 7) Provide a complete load analysis based upon a 240 volt 3 phase delta connection. The load analysis provided is incorrect and inconsistent with 99NEC- 220 methodology. 8) Provide disconnects, short circuit, over load protection, and locations, for all motors. See 99NEC-430 for additional information. GENERAL COMMENT The State Board of Technical Registration prohibits working out of a particular discipline unless the registrant can demonstrate technical and professional proficiency in that discipline. If I determine the subsequent submission lacks the technical and professional proficiency necessary, an Electrical Engineer registered in Arizona will be required to design and seal this project. |
