LUC 3.8.6.4.D The area must be delineated in a surveyable manner and designated by legal description on a document recorded with the Pima County Recorders Office. See comments below. LUC 2.8.1.7

Covenants protecting natural areas, which run with the land, must be provided in favor of the City Of Tucson and of all owners with record interest in the natural area. LUC 2.8.1.7

The natural area may be designated as a deed restricted portion of the lot or as a seperate parcel. LUC 2.8.1.7

Rename the undisturbed natural area to NUOS on the preservation plan sheets. LUC 3.8.6.4.

The preservation plan/ERR does not match the information shown on the site plan. Revise the plans as necessary to identify areas in excess 15% consistently on all plans. DS 1-07.II.B.7

The preservation plan must provide for temporary fencing for the NUOS area. Temporary fencing is also required for compliance with the ERZ regulations. DS 1-07.II.h Add notes and specifications.

Identify the adjacent wash (Greasewood Wash) on the plans and in the Environmental Resource Report. DS 1-07.II.B
