All landscaping susceptible to vehicular injury must be protected by appropriate means such as curbing, bollards or walls. LUC 3.7.2.3.B Provide the required protection in all areas.

A barrier is required to prevent vehicles from parking on unpaved portions of the site per DS 3-05.2.3.C. Provide the required barrier at the perimeter of the vehicular use area.

A minimum 5' screen is required along Bernard Drive. Please note on the plan. Vegetative screening may only be located in the landscape border if the conditions of LUC 3.7.3.2.C are met. Revise the plan as necessary.

Revise the plan to include the genus and species of all plants
