Revise as required, 2) Per general note #21, this site is made up of two lots. The lots must be combined using the attached Pima County Tax Combo form and affirmation. The legal descriptions must be attached to the affirmation and all pages recorded. A copy of all processed and recorded documents must be provided with the resubmittal of these plans. The recordation information must be added to the site plan adjacent to the legal description. The attached Pima County combo form has not been processed and the recorded affirmation with legal descriptions has not been provided (DS 2-02.2.1.A.2), 3) Resubmittal of these plans is not required. Please schedule an appointment with the reviewer (791-5608) for an over-the-counter review and approval. The site plan included in the building documents must be revised to match the site plan approved by the site reviewers prior to Zoning approval of the building plans. |
