2) Provide a lighting model energy calculation based upon the 1998 IECC. The maximum W/ft2 is 1.7 for an office occupancy.
3) Provide fault current calculations. Begin analysis with TEP AFC. Note: Fault attenuation via the fuse requires a fully listed/labeled series rated system to be specified. Provide the component short circuit current rating for the panelboards.
4) Provide conduit, conductor, disconnect, and fuse size for all HVAC equipment.
5) Provide GFCI maintenance receptacle within 25' of HVAC equipment.
6) The service lateral must be a minimum of 3 parallel sets.
