Assuming it is the "C" fixture it does not match the fixture schedule. In addition it does not meet the C.O.T lighting ordinance which prohibits ANY uplight. A shoebox type fixture with a flat, flush lens pointed straight down without an adjustable tenon must be specified. The fixture submittal must match the fixture schedule exactly.
2) The service lateral is customer provide. Provide a design.
3) Provide TEP AFC at the transformer secondary to begin your required fault current analysis. Unless an UL listed series rated system is specified fuse let through charts cannot be utilized.
4) Provide the feeder and conduit size to panel A.
5) In the description of the 400-amp service a 200 amp MCB is specified; please clarify your intent.
6) Provide a 1998 IECC lighting budget analysis.
7) Circuits A5, A7, and A17 serve 3 rows of lighting all connected to 1 pair of 3 way switches. Clarify how this is possible.
8) Provide disconnects, overload, and short circuit protection per 99NEC parts C, D, and J for all motors.
9) Circuit A14 has an incorrect load.
10) Circuit A2 appears in the panel schedule however I couldn't locate it on the plan.
11) Clarify what will be stored within the warehouse. Provide a letter from the owner (on their letterhead) or provide a letter sealed and signed by the architect or engineer of record.
12) Include the plans I have already reviewed along with your next submission.
13) Provide electrical specifications.
