This review is based on criteria listed under the Distribution System use. b) The proposed use is "subject to" L.U.C. sections 3.5.11.1.A, .B, .E, .H, .I, and .K. Add a general note which lists the proposed use and the applicable "subject to" sections and demonstrate compliance with all "subject to" sections on the plan. One of the "subject to" requires review by the Development Review Board (DRB).
