Per LUC 3.7.4.4, The water feature may not exceed 1% of the net site area, the water feature must be located within an oasis area,the sum of the square feet of water surface area and the square feet of turf does not exceed the oasis allowance, water must be recycled in moving water features, and the feature must be designed to prevent seepage or leaking. Provide note and details as appropriate.

City Engineer approval is required for any right of way plantings, provide verification of approval.

Clearly identify landscaping installed as part of Phase I and proposed Phase II improvements. The plan refers to Phase I detail, provide detail number if applicable, plan and page number.
