2) Unless the booth is fully listed and labeled by a 3rd party OSHA approved testing laboratory and all of the electrical on the booth is factory installed provide a complete electrical design. If the booth is properly listed and factory wired provide a note of clarification on the plan.
If the booth is properly listed and factory wired provide the location of the disconnects, switches, and control panels. This information is necessary to verify proper working clearances are maintained.
3) The booth opening appears to be closer than 3' to the main service entrance equipment. See page A21 for a scaled drawing of booth.
4) Provide a complete electrical design for the new office addition.
5) It appears the main service disconnect is double lugged. Provide the conductor size and length of the feeder serving the front offices.
6) Show the openings in close proximity to the booth on the electrical plan. See page A21 for necessary details.
