1) If new plans are generated please return the plans I have already reviewed along with your next submission.
2) Reverse the "less than or equal to" symbol to a "greater than or equal to" symbol.
3) The electrical installation was done without permits, thus please remove the *** NOTE at the top of the plan and the "CALL ELECTRICAL DEVICES SHOWN ARE EXISTING TO REMAIN" note located in the bottom right side of the plan.
BUILDING "A" OFFICE
1) Clarify the symbol adjacent to the furnace. Provide a fusestat receptacle in order to provide both shortcircuit and overload protection.
2) Remove the circuit designations A-1 and A-2 from the plan adjacent to the furnace and E/C.
BUILDING "B" OFFICE
1) The office only has 460ft2 therefore the maximum w/ft2 is 800. Revise the design and the IECC calculation to comply.
BUILDING "B" RESIDENCE
1) Describe the feeder to panel B.
2) Circuit B-1 serves receptacles with a 4 adjacent to them in the family room. In addition circuit 2 is adjacent to 3 luminaires.
3) The kitchen counter top must have 2 utility circuits serving the receptacles. 99NEC 210-11(c)(1).
4) Add a smoke detector outside the bedroom entrance.
BOTH ELECTRICAL SERVICES
1) Provide a minimum # 4 grounding electrode conductor. 99NEC 250-66. Typical both services.
2) The size of the service entrance conductors for building B is not clear.
3) The code references for grounding is incorrect. Typical both services.
