All disturbed areas of the site not otherwise improved must be landscaped, reseeded, or treated with an appropriate inorganic dust control material. Provide information on treatments proposed for areas within the grading limits. Label the areas outside of the grading limits as undisturbed. LUC 3.7.2.7., DS 2-07.2.2.B

6. Revise the landscape maintenance note to refer to Sec. 3.7.6 as the code has changed.

7. A minimum of three trees are required for the vehicular areas based on the number of parking spaces proposed. Revise the landscape plan to include the required number of trees with the required minimum planting area and appropriate protection from vehicular damage. LUC 3.7.2.3

8. An appropriate dust control material, such as decomposed granite, is required in the area between the property line and the street curb. Add notation to the landscape plan. LUC 3.7.2.4.A.3

9. A minimum 10' wide interior landscape border is required along the west property line. LUC Table 3.7.2-I

10. The planting plan proposed appears to be in conflict with utility installations along the south property line. Clearly show all easements on the landscape plan and revise plan as necessary to eliminate conflicts. DS 2-07.2.2.E

11. Utility services must be screened with a 6' screen from Park Avenue. Revise the plan to include the required screening. LUC Table 3.7.2-I

2) The on-site pedestrian circulation system must be modified to raised concrete except where adjacent to overhead doors (DS 2-02.2.1.A.12, DS 2-08),
3) The proposed floor area ratio shown in the general notes must be revised to include the second floor (DS 2-02.2.2.A.3, LUC 3.2.11),
