Add a note to the drawings stating that grading limit lines shall be staked prior to construction. DS 9-04.3.1 2. Please add notes to the drawing stating that existing trees with 4" or greater trunk diameter and cacti outside of the grading limits will be preserved in their original locations. Within the grading limits, trees 4" in caliper and cacti will be relocated to areas requiring revegetation, whenever possible. DS 9-04.3.2.A 3. All cut or fill slopes which are no steeper than three horizontal to one vertical (3:1) and all utility trenches or septic leaching fields which are not located in parking or driveway areas will be revegetated in compliance with the COT Development Std. 9-04.3.2 and 3.3. Please add a note to the site plan stating that these areas shall be revegetated in accordance with COT Development Std. 9-04.3.2 and 3.3. 4. All plants used in revegetation must be the same as the native vegetation on the site or any adjacent site prior to grading or clearing. DS 9-04.3.2.B 5. Trees used for revegetation shall be a min. size of 15 gallon and cacti should be large specimens. New plants will be placed at the same vegetation density found on the site prior to any clearing, grubbing or grading. Please revise note regarding replacing existing trees with 2-5 gallon trees. DS 9-04.3.2.B. 6. Seeds for trees, shrubs and grasses will be planted with a density adequate to control erosion and installed by approved methods as stated in Development Standard 9-04.3.2.B.2.b. Please add a general note. 7. Please add a note to the drawing stating that a temporary watering system will be installed until revegetation materials are established. DS 9-04.3.2.B.3. 8. Please add a note to the drawing stating that all slopes steeper than 3:1 (horiz:vert) will be stabilized with stone riprapping or sculptured rock and installed by approved methods as stated in Development Standard 9-04.3.3 9. If natural areas are designated on a site or lot, temporary fencing will be installed where they abut construction areas in order to prevent encroachment into the natural areas. DS 9-04.3.1.A.2.
