Please provide a 20 year history of the larger of the two (2) lots to ensure legal splitting of the lot (DS 2-02.2.1.A.2), 2) Revise the front setback listed in the general notes to read "the greater of 21 feet or the height of the structure from back of future curb" (LUC 3.2.6.5), 3) The minimum length of the bicycle parking space including the abutting sidewalk is 11 feet. Revise the site plan as required (DS 2-02.2.1.A.9 and DS 2-02.2.2.A.4, LUC 3.3.4), 4) The minimum overhead height clearance for a loading zone is 15 feet. Revise the location and keynote 26 as required (DS 2-02.2.1.A.14, LUC 3.4.5.2), 5) Resubmittal of this plan is not required.
