SITE PLAN: 1. INDICATE THE LOCATION OF GAS, WATER, ELECTRIC AND SEWER OR SEPTIC LINE ON THE PROPERTY, AND WHERE THEY ENTER THE BUILDING. PROVIDE THE LOCATION OF YOUR WATER METER AND SEPTIC SYSTEM IF IT EXISTS. FOUNDATION PLANS: 1. NOTE ON PLANS: GLASS IN HAZARDOUS AREAS, ALL GLASS WINDOWS WITHIN A 24" ARC OF EITHER VERTICAL EDGE OF A DOOR SHALL BE SAFETY GLASS. IRC SEC 308 @ AZ ROOM. 2. IDENTIFY CEILING HEIGHTS IN ALL AREAS ON FLOOR PLAN. IF SLOPED CEILING, NOTE AVERAGE HEIGHT. STRUCTURAL PLANS: 1. SPECIFY DESIGN CRITERIA ON PLANS. VALUES FOR ROOF DEAD LOAD AND LIVE LOAD AND SPAN OF EXISTING ROOF. ALSO SPECIFY TYPE OF EXISTING ROOF SYSTEM, IE: TRUSSES ETC. 2. PROVIDE MANUFACTURER'S CALCULATIONS AND DATA FOR TAPERED TJI JOISTS. 3. PROVIDE A HEADER SCHEDULE OR NOTE HEADER SIZES AT ALL BEARING OPENINGS ON FRAMING OR FLOOR PLANS. 4. COMPLETELY DETAIL ALL CONNECTIONS AND CROSS-REFERENCE TO THE FOUNDATION AND FRAMING PLANS: - POST TO SLAB @ PORCH - LEDGERS TO FRAME, FRAME TO LEDGERS @ PORCH - JOIST TO LEDGER @ PORCH - HANGER TYPES @ PORCH - HOLD DOWN LOCATIONS AND TYPE @ AZ ROOM 5. PROVIDE BRACING DETAILS AND NOTES FOR EXTERIOR FRAME WALLS AND MAIN CROSS-STUD PARTITIONS, OR USE FULLY BRACED, PER R602.10.3.
