The grading plan refers to Cottonwood trees on site, where the native plant preservation plan depicts only mesquites on site. Please clarify. Identify location, size and name of existing vegetation to remain in place on the landscape plan. Refer DS 2-07.2.2.A.e. Identify location of water meter, main lines and sleeving for paved areas for the irrigation system. Refer to DS 2-06.5.4 and 2-07.2.2.C.
