2. Please show the limits of the retention/detention basin on the plan. List the top elevation, bottom elevation, 100-yr WSEL, weir invert elevation. (Standards Manual for Drainage Design and Floodplain Management SMDDFM 2.3.1.6.A.4)

3. Please include side bollards on the waste container pad. (DS 2-02.2.1.32)

4. The drainage swale crosses the north road near the parking location. Please show the proposed drainage structure at the road.

5. The detention routing data is incorrect. The inflow quantities exceed the volumetric capacity of the basin (including the flow capacity of the weir). The basin will overflow its banks. Please review and revise the routing.

6. The proposed south and west roads are not within the property limits. The conditions for variance requires these roads to be built. Please provide agreements from the adjacent property holders for these roads to be developed.
