process for the landscape plan. Certificates of Occupancy will not be issued, nor will the building be occupied, until the landscaping on the site meets the approved landscape plan
criteria. Provide revised landscape plan.

New elements on the site such as the parking addition are subject to LUC 3.7 as well as the refuse and recycling areas, the new screen walls, bike racks, and any other improvements proposed in landscape areas. In addition existing development on the site is subject to the requirements in effect at the time the site received zoning compliance approval. The new plan must also include required elements of the landscape plan dated 12/10/88.

Based upon cursory review of the site plan the following items should be considered when preparing the landscape plan. Parking area landscaping and screening, wall locations, dimensions of required landscape buffers, coverage requirements, specific use screening. Consult LUC 3.8 and DS 2-15.
