Refer to DS 2-07.2.1.B****** If vegetative ground cover is not intended, a minimum of a 2" layer of organic or inorganic ground cover is required. Within landscape borders and between the curb and the back of the sidewalk and all disturbed portions of the site, inert ground cover is required. Please address this in a general note and label applicable areas on the landscape plan. Refer to DS 2-07.2.2.A.2. and 2-06.2.2.I****** The purpose of screening is to provide visual barriers between different land uses, to enhance the streetscape, to assist in wind control, dust, and noise reduction, and to provide privacy. A 30" screen is required for the use of a parking lot along a Major Street and Route. Please indicate a 30" screen along Stone Ave. Refer to LUC 3.7.3. and table 3.7.2.I. ****** For the refuse storage area a 6' screen is also required for the adjacent C-2 zoning. When a specific use is located within 100' of the property line screening is required. On the landscape plan a 6' refuse screen wall is proposed on north side of the refuse storage area. Please indicate a 6' screen on both sides of the refuse storage area. Refer to LUC 3.7.3. and table 3.7.2.I. ****** Please add a general note addressing maintenance found in LUC 3.7.3. ****** Please correctly show the future ROW line.
