This letter reflects comments to be addressed. SCOPE OF REVIEW: The scope of this review covers Architectural, Structural, Plumbing, Mechanical, Model Energy and Electrical codes. All code references are to the 2000 IRC. All features were checked only to the extent allowed by the submittals provided. All portions of this project are assumed to meet or will meet other departmental requirements, conditions and concerns before permit approval. FLOOR PLAN: 1. Note that bath tub and shower enclosures shall be finished per P2710 with ceramic tile, or a listed enclosure, to a height of 72" above the drain per R702.4 and R307.2. ELEVATIONS: 1. Note and size all roof drains or scuppers on flat-roofed areas per R903.4 and IPC. SECTIONS - DETAILS - MISC. NOTES: 1. On standard detail sheets, cross out all details that do not apply or are not used. 2. Cross-sections shall be cross-referenced to the floor plan and framing plans. PLUMBING PLANS: 1. Note on plans: Plumbing shall comply with Chapters 24 through 30.. 2. Water Lines: Provide total fixture demand and maximum developed length per P2903, Tables P2903.6 and P2903.7. 3. Provide pressure and temperature relief valve at water heater, per P2803. 4. Plumbing for washer ?drain ,co. ect. Ect. ELECTRICAL PLANS: 1. Note on plans: Electrical work shall comply with Chapters 33 through 42, 2000 IRC. 2. Designate the circuit for washer and dryer provide panel schedule noting circuit number and size, along with a general description. 3. Note that at least one 20-amp branch circuit shall be installed to serve the laundry room, and this circuit shall have no other outlets, per E3603.3 and E3801.8. 4.
