Indicate on the Landscape plan the use of water harvesting with supplemental irrigation (depressed areas) and the proposed plantings. LUC 3.7.4.3. Clarify existing zoning on the site and landscape plan. On the plan the adjacent zoning to north, south and east is stated as P-1. Existing zoning of the parcels is P-I (Park-Industrial). Please revise plan accordingly. Refer to 2-02.2.1.A.28. A 6' wall is required for the loading area. Refer to LUC table 3.7.2.I. |
