NOTE: Do not install an equipment grounding conductor in the lateral. 99NEC 250-30(a)(1) ex1, 250-32(b)1, 310-4, 347-4 ex2. 3) Panel HP should be specified NEMA 3R. 4) It appears note 7 under "Series Rated Information" should reference 99NEC 240-86(a). E4 1) The City of Tucson has adopted the 99NEC. Please revise all code references to reflect this. GENERAL COMMENTS 1) Please return the prints I have already reviewed for comparison purposes.
