1) Provide fixture cuts for all exterior fixtures. The fixture cuts must include catalog numbers that correspond with the lighting schedule. See Light Ordinance 8210 for cut off requirements.
2) The lamp types in the fixture schedule for D and FEM appear to be incorrect.
3) Circuit A-13 requires a load in the panel.
4) Switching must be provided which will provide a uniform 50% reduction of the lighting load in every room except the bathrooms. See 1998 IECC section 705.

3) Panel HP should be specified NEMA 3R.
4) It appears note 7 under "Series Rated Information" should reference 99NEC 240-86(a).
